Shipping
For shipping we use either the US Postal service or UPS. We protect your purchase with insurance for its full value
and require a signature confimation of delivery.
A minimum of $18 will be added to orders shipping to Canada
and the total is calculated on purchase value. Please contact me regarding charges for orders shipping
elsewhere outside the continental US.
Warranty and repairs
We stand behind everything we make and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to resolving any
problems due to manufacture and will repair free of charge any defect of manufacture within 30 days of purchase. If you opt
to have any repair or alterations performed elsewhere, we can no longer honor the guarantee for that piece.
Later repairs required due to wear and tear or to accident or abuse may incur labor charges.

Returns and exchanges - jewelry
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt for return authorization.
Returns will be accepted for exchange or credit only (excludes custom orders). Unfortunately any credit issued will not
include original shipping and insurance charges or return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to not accept a return for credit or exchange.
Returns must be in new condition (unworn, unscratched, unbroken and otherwise undamaged). Please include your original receipt,
retaining a copy for your records. The item(s) should be sent with the original packaging, prepaid and insured for full value
with "tracking". Returns lost in shipping will not be credited.
Special/custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
